Waddup! I’m Lowell Hensley Jr., but most people just call me “Lo”. I was born on December 28, 1988 out of Manhattan. I’m the oldest of the 5 of us. Later we moved to Jersey City, NJ which is where majority of my life was spent. I didn’t discover I wanted to do photography until I was realizing how much fun I was having with this Kodak Film Camera.

 

From there the rest is history, As I got older I decided in 2016 after using my Android camera phone for pretty much all the photos i’ve taken just around and about. My first camera was a Canon T3i and that’s pretty much how I got started taking photography more serious. I started to reach out to different events to get my moment to shine. I was able to get the attention of the wonderful Tiana Jones owner of Sisters in Power. She gave me the amazing opportunity of a lifetime to shoot my shot. After that demand went up. I’d say im blessed to be in such a position as this because now a days its not just only hard to get a job but keep it. No matter how hard you work or azz you kiss, you’re replacement is already waiting.
